ONLINE BOOKING
Accessible seats can be reserved online or in person and accompanying carers are eligible for a free ticket. A CEA Card number will be needed to book tickets online and allow you to book a second carers ticket free of charge. If you do not have a CEA Card, you can book your tickets in person at the cinema kiosk. Advance booking is recommended.
Access tickets come with a companion ticket; a CEA Card or Access Card with +1 symbol will be required on entry.

AUDIO DESCRIPTION (AD)
Dolby Fidelio technology is available for audiences with visual impairments. The wireless audio system, delivered via a small receiver pack, offers an audio-descriptive track both through headphones. Dolby Fidelio guarantees a strong, even signal wherever you sit. It is recommended you bring your own earphones or headphones with a standard 3.5mm connection, however we can provide a set if required.

SUBTITLED SCREENINGS (SUB)

RELAXED SCREENINGS (RS)
These showings welcome anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed environment. The sound is turned down to a lower volume, lights are kept on and all audience members are able to talk and move around freely. Click here to see what's on this week.
WHEELCHAIR POSITIONS
We have two wheelchair spaces located in each of our screens. These are positioned at the front with stair-free access in screens 1-6 and in the back row of Screen 7.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
Fully accessible toilets can be found on each level of the cinema. We also have a new Changing Spaces facility which is located on the ground floor near screen 2 & 3. It is accessible using a RADAR key; please ask a member of staff if you would like to use it. It has the following features:
· A height-adjustable, adult-sized changing couch
· A ceiling track hoist system. This is a Multicare GH1 hoist with a weight limit of up to 200kg, using a loop sling; please note we do not provide a sling.
· Adequate space in the changing area for a wheelchair user and up to two assistants
· A toilet with space either side for assistants and drop-down handrails at the side
· A privacy screen
· A height adjustable basin for handwashing with pump soap.
· Wide tear-off paper roll to cover the bench
· A large waste bin for disposable pads
· A non-slip floor
The changing couch has a shower attachment and drain within the couch itself; please note the shower cannot be used without the couch as there is no drain in the floor.
The toilet has wash/dry functions, with buttons on the side of the toilet itself to operate. A remote is also available if you prefer; please ask a member of our team for the remote and they will collect it for you.
